The Gotham Apparel Show proudly collaborates with some of the best buyers from around the world. We are here to answer any questions you may have from buyer registration to day-of market events. Business identification requirements are subject to the discretion of Show Management and may include one or more of the following:
- A Valid Picture ID
- Business Card
Online registration is open throughout the duration of the show, if you are pre-qualified.
After October 5th, 2026 Retailers can Register to Attend the Gotham Apparel Show. All Attendees must be qualified to determine the nature of their Companys business and relationship to the fashion industry.

Yes you may register on site. To ensure the safety of our guest and employees we are encouraging all registrations to be completed prior to the event.
If registering on-site, please be prepared to present credentials at time of registration.
Should you need to register onsite, Please have Photo ID available
For verified retailers, registration is free to attend all shows at the Meadowlands Expo Center
Your printed badge will grant you access to the main floor of the Meadowlands Expo Center
Ages 18 and up.
Yes, one guest is allowed per retail company. If your guest is a colleague or will be purchasing for your store, please register them online here
Instructors and their students are welcome. At least one faculty member for every 10 students is required. Please contact Customer Service at info@gothamappaerlshow.com or (929) 722-1996 to register your student group and to be added to our email list for the show.
No, a unique email address is required for each registrant.
No, each person needs to register and be credentialed separately for the event.
